Our Story

Accelerate Flight is a pilot training center based in Southeastern Wisconsin. Our team of skilled, dedicated instructors works to help you reach your aviation goals. Roger created Accelerate Flight in 2002 with the goal of helping people experience the freedom of flight through powered paragliding. Steadily, the fleet has grown to several diverse trainers, a strong team of instructors, and two locations.

Our Locations

Waukesha Location

Accelerate Flight at Waukesha County Airport is our primary flight training center. Waukesha is conveniently located close to Milwaukee, with easy access to lodging, entertainment, and everything Milwaukee has to offer. 

Waukesha has two well-maintained runways, precision and GPS approaches, and a full range of aircraft services. Our ground schools, initial and advanced training, and accelerated courses are available at Waukesha.

East Troy Location

 

East Troy Airport (57C) sits just outside the village of East Troy in southeastern Wisconsin, offering a relaxed, accessible environment ideal for flight training. With a well-maintained runway, uncongested airspace, and close proximity to both Milwaukee and Chicago airspace, 57C provides the perfect balance of calm practice conditions and real-world flying experience. It’s a friendly, community-oriented airport where students can focus, grow, and enjoy the freedom of flight from day one.
